These terms govern your use of defaultheart.com and any purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. About us Default Heart is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom. Contact: defaultheart@outlook.com

2. Orders and contract By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a pricing error has occurred.

3. Pricing and payment All prices are in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Delivery times shown are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Returns, cancellations and EU right of withdrawal Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details. EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 30 days of receiving the last item.

6. Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days at defaultheart@outlook.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

7. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Your data We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property All content on this site — including images, text, and branding — is owned by Default Heart and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
