Return and Refund Policy

EU customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation:

• Log in to your account and visit account.defaultheart.com/orders
• If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) in original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the standard outbound delivery cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, digital downloads, or perishable goods.
